Melissa Allen is an accomplished brand strategist and researcher with more than 20 years of experience. She works with TOKY’s brand strategy team on brand competitive analysis, stakeholder research, and message platform development. Her work has received a number of industry honors, including recognition from Communication Arts, the American Advertising Federation, The Webby Awards, and Drupal.org. Prior to joining TOKY, Mel worked in the qualitative research field, where she gained an understanding for how to effectively gather and use data to inspire the creative process.
