Case Study

SAR+

Overview

SAR+ needed a website that could express the culture of their firm, their commitment to the community, and the creative vision behind landmark projects like Meow Wolf Denver, Dairy Block, the Ponzio Arts Center, the River Mile, and the Stadium District Master Plan. But what began as a standalone website project, soon grew to include an evolution of the firm’s brand identity.

Logo Refinement

The updated logo helps illustrate the generational potential of this forward-thinking firm. The plus sign, once at home between the A and R, is now poised on the end, symbolically opening SAR+ up to the future leaders within the firm and inviting people outside the firm to see themselves as the second half of a collaborative partnership.

Website Design

The new website itself better reflects Shears Adkins Rockmore’s playful sense of creativity while emphasizing clean lines and an intuitive approach to design. In the process, the site helps invite future clients and hires to see just what kind of firm they could be working with.

Feedback

When we originally met TOKY, we asked them to help us with a new website design that better fit our personality and work process. After one meeting, which felt less like a meeting and more like a group of like-minded people hanging out, they helped us realize it was time for much more than just a new website. We collectively designed our new logo, a website and entire new brand package that better fit our needs as a growing architecture firm in Denver. Working with the TOKY team felt like working with an extension of our own team. They’re expert communicators, don’t take themselves too seriously, and are highly skilled in everything they do.
