We’re seeking a talented Mid/Senior Designer to join our vibrant and growing team. At TOKY, you’ll work on diverse projects ranging from craft breweries to global architecture firms, ensuring every day is unique and stimulating.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in our creative process, leading and contributing on a variety of projects from branding to marketing. You’ll collaborate in cross-functional teams to craft strategic, thoughtful design solutions. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and facilitate client alignment through workshops and presentations, ensuring every project has a solid strategic foundation.

Your Expertise – What You Bring
Experience: 3-10 years of design experience, with a focus on branding and visual communication
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects)
Educational Background: A college degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field of study
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create conceptual brand systems and design solutions across various media
Extra Points – Bonus Skills & Experience
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and familiarity with digital design tools like Figma
- Experience with art direction or creation of photograph and/or illustration
On a day-to-day basis, you will
- Collaborate with creative directors, account managers, strategists, writers, producers, and other contributors to develop creative solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals, schedules, and budgets
- Build brands from the ground up as well as develop creative within established brand systems
- Work on multiple clients and project types
- Craft big ideas and dive deep into the details
- Communicate creative concepts clearly and effectively to both team members and clients
- Maintain current design techniques and seek to innovate

TOKY is looking for a proactive, ambitious, curious Interactive Producer who is both highly organized and a clear communicator.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of interactive project management experience. Even better if it’s from inside an agency or design studio.
- Strong project management skills for the entire product lifecycle, from initial research and discovery through creative concept, development, content entry, launch, and analytics — creation and management of project scopes, estimates, timelines, evaluation of resource needs, reporting on progress to clients, etc.
- Familiarity with the creative process, with a deep understanding of website design principles
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall processes
- Experience working with WordPress and/or Drupal
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to present ideas, negotiate, and problem-solve
- Strong communication skills, with excellent client relationship and management skills
- Familiarity with platform governance and scoping feature requests with UX and other product owners
- Website QA/bug testing
- Writing website specification documents
- Experience with proposal/contract writing
- Experience training clients how to use a content management system
- Ability to motivate and manage project teams
- Coordination experience with internal/corporate IT and external APIs a plus
- The ability to thrive both independently and as a vital member of a team
- A solid grasp of Google Docs, Apple Pages/Numbers, or MS Word/Excel
