From managing studio schedules and optimizing resources to coordinating proposals and supporting our account service and leadership teams, the Studio Coordinator is essential to our success. Your Expertise – What You Bring
Experience: Early-career professionals welcome; experience managing complex schedules or operations is essential. The right person loves a beautiful (and always up-to-date Gantt chart.)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to quickly learn new software and processes is critical.
Educational Background: A college degree or certification in Project Management or equivalent work experience.
Extra Points – Bonus Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a creative firm, such as marketing, advertising, video production, or design)
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as InDesign and Acrobat
- Experience creating automated workflows with tools like Make.com or Zapier.
- Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience gathering and interpreting data.
