Ashford Stamper’s experience lies primarily in the world of print and he prefers to work with tangible, tactile things. He earned his BFA in design with an emphasis in illustration from Missouri State University and has worked as a photographer’s assistant, a letterpress printer, and most recently as art director for The Pitch, where he was responsible for more than 150 covers. His work has been recognized by The Society of Illustrators, American Illustrators, Coverjunkie, and Newmanology.
