Chase Private Residences: Sparkling Results for One of St. Louis' Crown Jewels
Owners and developers of one of St. Louis' finest hotels, The Chase Park Plaza, retained TOKY to develop and introduce the hotel's new upscale condominiums, The Private Residences at The Chase Park Plaza.
TOKY's efforts began with strategic positioning and the creation of an integrated marketing plan. The studio then developed materials in support of the launch across multiple media including naming, identity, collateral, web, interactive kiosks, sales center graphics and artwork, photography, print, radio, internet, TV and out-of-home advertising. TOKY's campaign generated great interest, as nearly one-third of the 87 available residences were reserved during the grand opening week.
The pursuit of happiness is a journey that begins at home. It's all in The Chase™.
