TOKY worked on every aspect of The Private Residences at The Chase Park Plaza marketing. We produced two brochures for prospective clients: one, a relatively inexpensive introduction to the property to be distributed to all interested parties; the other, a no-holds-barred hard bound coffee table book offering a quality peak inside the property to help close prospective buyers.
As a part of the branding of The Private Residences at The Chase, TOKY produced a limited edition keepsake book of photographs taken of all the amenities, history, and luxuries available in the building. TOKY's in-house photographer, Geoff Story, shot all the images. We also produced elegant engraved letterhead, each sheet backed with an elegant custom wallpaper pattern.
TOKY also developed an elegant website and matching touch-screen kiosk for placement in the lobby of the historic hotel. The site details floorplans and finishes available to the buyer with beautifully detailed design.
