TOKY recently launched a new site for Insight Cuba, a non-profit travel organization based in New York that specializes in legal travel to Cuba for all U.S. Citizens. Once a forbidden travel destination, Cuba can now be explored via an organization like this one, which owns an official people-to-people license from the U.S. government….
TOKY is in the midst of rebranding Bellefontaine Cemetery, a tranquil and nationally unique 314-acre site in St. Louis dating back to 1849. While our research evidenced regional knowledge of Bellefontaine as a cemetery with history, few seemed to understand that the destination is a full-fledged (and indeed accredited) arboretum, with more than 4,000 trees representing over 100 species, and historically notable architecture and sculpture….
Our longtime client The Chase Park Plaza — a storied luxury hotel here in St. Louis — came to us with a fun new project: Create a booklet about the Chase wedding experience, from the history to the romance to the beauty….
Very soon, a project that I have been involved in will come to fruition, with the September 27 opening of the exhibition Art Without Artists at the Gregg Museum of Art & Design at North Carolina State University. Almost a year of planning and curation has gone into this wide-ranging exhibit, with over 100 objects from my own collection on display and scores more from private collections across the country….
It’s been great to see the 2012 Design Week come to fruition. The combined efforts of many local individuals, agencies, and corporate sponsors have put together a remarkable weeklong event that truly celebrates our diverse and thriving design community — from all design industries….
Many of you know that TOKY has long been behind the identities for each new Opera Theatre of Saint Louis season. (Here’s last year’s, for example.) A few months ago, one of you even commented on our Facebook page, “Can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2013!”
We have had a great partnership with Hill Investment Group since the firm’s beginning, helping create its original identity and branding and developing its website.
